What the New Licence Application covers
Your R 450 covers the guided application workflow from start to finish: your details and firearm information captured once, competency requirements checked as part of the same service, your motivation and supporting pack prepared for you, and a readiness check before you submit. Adding human review keeps the same workflow and adds a reviewer before your pack is released. Completing competency preparation does not mean SAPS has approved your competency.
Liksens is an independent application-preparation service. We assist firearm licence applicants with organising their information, supporting documentation and motivation. Liksens does not issue firearm licences and does not submit or approve firearm licence applications on behalf of SAPS. Final applications must be submitted through the appropriate SAPS / Designated Firearms Officer process.
